Collaborative Management Approach

We create, connect, catalyse and share Co managed initiatives by working with communities, relevant stakeholders and partners with our 4 pillar approach central to everything we do. These are Governance, Environmental, Economic and Social.

Community Conservation

We have seen the value and deep impact of peer-to-peer exchange. This is one of the approaches we use to empower and strengthen coastal communities to:

  • overcome adverse effects of climate change

  • restore the environment

  • improve depleted fish stocks

  • minimize the impact of development projects

  • create resilience for other unforeseen occurrences such as COVID 19

  • understand and protect their rights

  • Effectively manage a sustainable fishery
