OUR TEAM
We see a world where everybody can have a role in protecting our oceans. We are driven by our passion for the ocean and our instinct for innovation and we work to inspire coastal communities to find their role in conserving our seas.
Whether we are designing programs or training community members, we are united by the same mission: inspire, create, connect and catalyse co-management initiatives.

TEAM
MEMBERS.
"Governing our oceans is a collective responsibility of humanity and can only be achieved by ensuring that those who have lived in, worked on and stewarded coastal waters for centuries are included in future governance"
Our team uses its varied and wide experience in community-based marine resource management to empower, strengthen, and unite coastal fishing communities and inspire conservation through our collaborative management approach. We have developed a co-management strategy to ensure coastal communities have a legal structure. This gives coastal communities security and resources.
